Nobody sets out to hire six people for one job.

It happens in order. Pipeline is the obvious bottleneck, so you hire a closer. Deals start landing and nobody owns onboarding, so you hire a success manager. Then renewals sneak up on you, invoices sit uncollected for 60 days, and the partner program you announced last spring hasn't been touched since.

Three headcount later you're past $12,000 a month, and the deals are still leaking in the same place they always did: the handoffs.

The seam is the problem, not the seats

Under about 50 people, your customer journey isn't six jobs. It's one continuous motion from first call to renewal to referral.

Split that motion across three separate hires and you haven't removed the work. You've just moved it into the gaps between them. The closer books an account nobody onboards properly. Success flags a churn risk that ops never gets to. Finance chases an invoice without knowing the relationship is already shaky.

Every one of those gaps costs money, and none of them show up on an org chart.

What the whole journey in one person looks like

This week's candidate has spent nine years covering the revenue side end to end. Not as a generalist who dabbles, as an operator who has actually owned each piece.

  • Drove $135,000+ in expansion revenue over four years, entirely from upsell and cross-sell into the existing customer base
  • Owns onboarding through renewal, and watches account health scores so churn risk surfaces early enough to fix
  • Ran client operations at an agency, coordinating between sales, finance, and customer success
  • Handles invoicing and receivables, which almost never comes attached to a revenue hire
  • Has closed across nine sales projects spanning SaaS, media, fintech, and e-commerce
  • Runs affiliate and partnership programs end to end on CJ, Tune, and Tapfiliate, including partnerships for the CogX Festival
  • Mentors junior account managers, so your existing team gets sharper instead of just being carried

Based in Serbia. $3,500 a month, full time, remote, and available to start now.

Why this reads cheaper than it is

The instinct is to see the number and assume you're trading down. Look at what the number actually removes.

One person holding the full lifecycle means no handoff between the closer and the onboarder, no renewal that falls between two calendars, no receivable aging out because it wasn't technically anyone's job. The savings aren't only in salary. They're in the seams you stop paying for.

That's also why we don't send profiles based on a resume read. We verify the history and put candidates through tasks that mirror the actual role, then back every placement with a 120-day guarantee. Our incentive is a seat that stays filled.

Of those six jobs, which one is sitting on your plate right now? Hit reply and tell me which one, I read every response.
